No Returns on Peptides
Because of the unique properties of peptides and laboratory-grade chemicals, we are unable to accept returns. This policy is in place to protect the sterility, integrity, and safety of our products. Once a vial has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee sterile conditions upon its return and therefore cannot resell or accept it back.
Damaged or Broken Vial Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or with a broken vial, please get in touch with us immediately via email or WhatsApp. Be sure to include clear photos of the packaging, the damaged item, and the affected product. In such cases, we can offer a replacement or a full refund—based on your preference.
Eligibility for Reimbursement (Damaged Orders Only)
To qualify for a refund or replacement in the case of a damaged order:
